- Answer It's recommended to not use any chemical cleansers for the lens. A microfiber cloth and some water is enough to clean off whatever gets on the lenses

- Answer If you use the included silicone face interface, the one that fits over the foam, it's very easy to clean and sanatize. They also make single use facial interface covers designed to be thrown away, but you will have to find those aftermarket.

- Answer They have plenty free programs . The meditation and exercise games are wonderful . The travel programs are out of this world . Be careful I tried the Roller coaster and got sick to my stomach it was so real .
