- Answer The Quest 2 headset does come with the 2 hand controllers. However, this is the Elite Strap that replaces the cloth head strap that comes with the headset. This strap is leaps and bounds better! Easier to adjust and fits my kid's heads so much better too.

QuestionHave they improved the quality of the strap material. I have gone through a couple of these because the strap breaks. That makes the whole thing unuseable. The two that broke were very early editions of this product. Just wondering if they fixed this.

- Answer I have three now, all bought in the last 6m and have had no issues and we play often. I think they have improved the quality but I am also careful with mine due to hearing there had been issues.

- Answer No the extra battery pack was made for the two, that's why they made a extra battery pack for the meta quest 3.

- Answer I am not sure but this battery pack in addition to the already Quest 2 internal pack extended the game time to 6 hours, which is great taking in account everything that goes into VR gaming
