Q: QuestionHey I purchased this bundle and set up a new headset for my son. I even activated the free 3 month trial of the games but for some reason I still haven’t received the walking dead saints and sinners. It keeps trying to make me purchase it. HELP!

• A:Answer What is the correct email or page to contact because once I try to get tech support from the store it keeps telling me to check the rewards and promotions. There’s nothing there to redeem and after set up it didn’t prompt me to retrieve the game code for the walking dead either. When I contact the Meta and enter in the Serial # it tells me that they can’t help me because I purchased it through best buy

• A:Answer Hello Lynette, The Meta Quest 3S doesn’t offer expandable storage, so you won’t be able to add space with an SD card or external hard drive. The storage you choose at purchase is the amount you’ll have for your games and apps. That said, you won’t lose anything you’ve bought. If you ever run out of room, you can simply uninstall titles you’re not currently playing to free up space. All of your purchases stay safely in your library, ready to be re-downloaded whenever you want to jump back in. We hope this answers your question!

• A:Answer I hook it up with a wire to play Steam be or set up my room in The Bigscreen app on the headset and play other Steam games in my Bigscreen app private room for others to come into and watch. There is now a better way to do it without all of that because I think there’s a stain app you can download it. I haven’t gotten that far yet. There are people in big screen app that can show you and tell you everything you need to know. All you have to do is go into the lobby and people will help you. Just wanted to first apps people get it’s called big screen..
