• It does not, the battery life from my experience has been about 2hours, you can charge and wear the headset

• Yes, so long as the newer "Pro" features (eye tracking, face tracking) are disabled, it will last longer than the Quest 2. Expected battery life with ALL "Pro" features enabled should be around 1-2 hours, however.

• It's supposed to be about the same but seaming as it's for work, you'll most likely have it plugged in for any extended use. Not any different than you would any other computer or laptop.
