• A:Answer I placed my order at a Best Buy in Portland (Cascade Station) on October 16, 2025, and I am still waiting for it. If the salesman had informed me that I would have to wait this long, I would not have made the purchase.

You would not be able to watch YouTube videos or consume content from Amazon Prime Video on the glasses, but you are able to enjoy listening to your favourite songs, podcasts and audiobooks using Amazon Music, Spotify, Apple Music, iHeart and Audible. Q: QuestionCan I schedule a demo, go to it, purchase through link… and then gift them to someone?

• A:Answer Hi there Ashly, We appreciate that you are trying give someone an amazing gift, but the purpose of the demo is to ensure that the fit proper fit of the device. The Meta Ray-Ban Display requires a good fit to be comfortable and to be able to see the actual visual display properly, it is also important to get the proper fit for the Neural Band otherwise it may be difficult to use the hands free controls. So while it may not be a surprise for the recipient, it would be best to have them take the demo so you can get them fitted properly!
