• A:Answer When you go to the store they don’t have it either was released on 9/30 but no product, no way to call store directly and no way to actually schedule they will lose profits on this one

Q: QuestionWhen is the demo or the actual release date? Why was I told by Best Buy representatives with customer service to drive an hour and thirty minutes to a store to purchase the glasses, only to not even be able to get them?

• A:Answer I live NC, i scheduled my appointment on Oct 20th (on Meta website for Best Buy), they had NO earlier appointment. So i just happened to go to the store on Oct 6th, they had a Meta rep and the glasses there, he did a demo with me, got sized and I ordered the glasses that day, they had no glasses in store, they are on back order (till December) but he says theyll prob come sooner then expected
