You would need to check with Chrysler to confirm that the software is compatible or even supports a back up camera. If the Truck is 2015 or later I would assume that it would. However when you install the back up camera you will have to make a connection to the reverse lights as well as run the wire through the vehicle and up into your dash. At which point you will need to determine which wire connection on the vehicle wiring harness is the one that corresponds with the infotainment backup camera connector pin (if your Uconnect supports back up camera functions). I have a 2019 Jeep Compass with Uconnect with a backup camera factory installed. I installed this backup camera on my 2006 Mini Convertible using an aftermarket stereo receiver. I know this is very different from your Ram but I just wanted to convey I understand Uconnect as well. Depending on your bed length I would highly suggest measuring the distance in relation to the wiring provided with the camera.
