can this be connected to a projector for sound? null

Ive used similar items as long as you have the normal cables and want to covert to rca twill work the ground is simply for noise cancellation.on vehicles u know that whistling sound in our music that sounds Like the engine. Should work my opinion as long as u have milivolts to power one side which would be the cable side just cancel ground

No it does not create sound, it changes the sound signal from speaker wire into RCA, commonly used to install an amplifier. Hope that helps unless I was way off on what u were asking
