• It is the physical version included, not sure why the listing says [digital] when it isn't.

• physical unless bestbuy is the only retailer doing this which I find hard to believe. If you search this question you will find people ordered digital but got the game actually. Hope that helps

• I got mine today. The customer service on the phone said I could exchange for a physical copy. So I thought the sealed package was the digital copy. I exchanged it... Now I got 2 physical copies and I lost my Art Cards. Remember that seal packages are the Art Cards. There is a physical copy of the game INSIDE the steelbook case.
