Just received mine in the mail. I can confirm that I received a PHYSICAL copy of the game cartrigde, Steelcase, art cards, and art book. You do not get a digital code for the game or copy of the basic game case that comes with the standard version, but the Steelcase is much better IMO. Best Buy just has it listed weirdly/incorrectly.

The product was mislabeled. It has all the physical goodies listed on the box.
