I am in the same boat... have been on the phone for hours with BB, and citizen one. Nobody seems to be able to help. Citizen one says my LOC is active. BB is blocking me from purchase (same message about quantity limit) because, per the rep on the phone, "I have been flagged for repeated purchase attempts" which is BS for 2 reasons: 1) BB cancelled my order and everyone that I have talked to on the phone has confirmed that they can see that. 2) the line of credit I have shows 1500 available credit, which will ONLY support 1 purchase via this method. I am an elite plus member who may decide to start doing my business elsewhere. My atty told me that forcing folks to open a credit accnt, causing a hard credit pull, then blocking them from purchasing an item is grounds for legal action. I may have to go that route. Hopefully best buy reaches out to me to resolve before then.
