“Recently purchased Microsoft 365 Home. It was loaded by Best Buy's Geek Squad. When I open WORD 365, click on top for "Mailings", nothing happens when I try to click on "Envelopes" or "Label" or below it, the "Create". What's wrong?”

Stop at Best Buy in-store Geek Squad or call Geek Squad 800 number for help with the installation of Office 365. Are you sure it's Microsoft Office 365 or Word (Perfect)? Check with Geek Squad.
