“Turns out my old Surface HAD Microsoft 365 already which CAN be transferred. I simply log into Microsoft Account, delete the old Comp and sign up the new. Seamless. But now that I DONT need this new purchase and HAVE NOT activated, can I "return" it?”

• You will need to reach out to Best Buy for help. You can always add the subscription to your existing account and it will extend the time.
