You cannot upgrade if your subscription is managed by Best Buy. The instructions provided in the other answer simply send you in a circle between your Microsoft account and your Best Buy account

Hi Bob, Yes, you can upgrade to Microsoft 365 Family. Go to Services & Subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account that's associated with Microsoft 365 subscription. Find your subscription and select Manage. From there you can elect to upgrade. Best, Tom Microsoft Office Team
