“The description for this says "Plug the device into your computer’s 3.5-millimeter headphone jack." That seems strange. Does it in fact connect to a USB port?”

In the mean time, let us assure you that you will be able to plug the Xbox Controller into your Windows computer via the included USB cable for a direct connection. In addition, you may use Bluetooth to stream data from the Xbox controller for your Windows PC.
