No, this keyboard doesn't come with a CD or quick start guide. It is plug and play. Once you plug it in your computer will recognize it and it will operate. Any advanced instructions are on line

The one I purchased did not have a CD but you can download the latest version of the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center software from the Microsoft website at https://www.microsoft.com/accessories/en-us/products/keyboards/natural-ergonomic-keyboard-4000/b2m-00012#techspecs-connect. The software will allow you to configure some of the keys.
