“I have Office 365 Univeristy that purchased 2013 & I believed just expired when they told me it would last forever. Would this product be good for my mac and would it last forever without expiring. I need to know what to do.”

Don't know if the new version will last forever--apparently all technology becomes obsolete after a few years. However, this 2016 version will work well with older documents, etc. and should work well for a few years, until a newer version comes along. This is my humble opinion.
