• I deleted the preloaded office 365. bought this product key. then I downloaded it and installed it using the product key. This way I don't get confused as to what to click on when I want to make a Word document. I should say that the tech support via telephone call helped me to get rid of the (annoying) Office 365 advertisement. Sorry I'm not smart about this, but I'm able to work this pretty well. This Office 19 Home and Student. I didn't want the Outlook email anyway because all the email takes up space on my computer so I just use the web mail. Hope it goes well for you.
