Sounds like slow internet, my pages load up fast or you have a bad wifi receiver, which may require a replacement.

Please try again later.sometimes when you have other downloads that are not working perfectly it can slow down you tube,also some apps can be running in the back ground without you realizing it.Make sure all your apps are off.if that does not work delete the you tube app and re-install it .
