• Hi Rick. Thanks for reaching out. Office Home and Student 2013 RT preview, which ships with Surface RT, includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. Upon set up the preview can be updated to the full version for free via "Windows Update". In regards to an Outlook App, that will be available with the release of Windows 8.1.
