I don't see why not. I assume you access the class through a browser? The Surface RT has a full IE browser, so it should be fine. If the website is not touch-compatible, you may need to use a mouse, but that's easy with the USB port.

The one thing to remember about the Surface RT tablet is that you are not able to download anything to it. If a downloaded file is required for full functionality, then this will not work. Microsoft does have the Surface Pro and Surface Pro 2 which include a full version of Windows 8 and is designed to run Windows 8 apps and download and install third party software just like your PC.
