You may be able to do this with the Surface Pro, but you won't be likely to pull it off with the Surface RT. Unfortunately, you cannot install desktop software on the mobile RT operating system.

Thank you for your question. Surface RT will only support apps downloaded through the Windows Store. In order to use your program, you will need an app from the Store. I recommend getting in touch with the developer directly for more details on app availability.
