It's easy as Windows RT works like any other version of Windows in terms of transferring files like that. You can do it over your home network with file sharing, or use an external hard drive, or an external flash drive, etc. You can expand it's internal storage with up to a 64GB MicroSD card too, which I'd do if storing a lot of files.
