• Yes - it has a built in Microsoft PDF viewer and you can also download the Adobe RT PDF viewer in the Microsoft Store.

• You can! The Surface RT includes a native .PDF reader. Adobe also supports a .PDF reader app that is compatible with the Surface RT.
