No. Unlike the original Book and recent Surfaces, the newer releases in Surface do not come with the pen. I believe it's around $99. The original Surface Pen is supposed to work with this one, which may be one reason it wasn't bundled. Among other upgrades, the "New" Surface Pen includes increased pressure levels and tilting.
