Can this laptop be used with a video projector? null

Yes if the projector come with a supported HDMI port , Just make sure to use a HDMI Adapter to the Surface book because , it doesn't have it

Yes if: a) your projector accepts HDMI input and b) you purchase a usb type c hub that has an hdmi output (Microsoft and Anker and Lenovo all make good ones) and c) you have an hdmi cable to connect the hub to the projector.

As long as the system requirements of the video projector are met by the specs of Surface Book 2, and you have the appropriate adapter/connection, you should be able to successfully use this.
