What type of warranty comes with this product? null

Surface Book 3 comes with a standard 1-year limited hardware warranty.

No warranty comes with that. If you need 2 yrs warranty, they will charge an extra 200 bucks or so.

Well, neither bestbuy or Microsoft provide warranty with this purchase. They suggest you to actually buy a two years warranty at the time of purchase. For example, if you purchase a laptop for 2k, they would tell you to buy a two years warranty which will cost a 200 bucks plus to your purchase. In my opinion, it is not right to do and they always should provide warranty for any purchase without any extra cost.

I am sure one year warrenty but we got 3 year with geek squad. I bought another one 4 yrs ago and something went wrong with attaching latch and the sent new one but new one not under 1 yr warrenty from manufacturer but still good with geek

I THINK THE MFG WARRANTY IS 1 YR - WE PURCHASED THE 3 YEAR GEEK SQUAD WARRANTY FROM BEST BUY. IT IS FAIRLY EXPENSIVE BUT WE COULD NOT AFFORD TO NOT HAVE QUICK TURN AROUND ON ANY ISSUES
