Screen can be closed. That's what I like about the Surface, you can close it and tuck it away.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, there are setting to allow you to shut your laptop and use a external monitor. But beware, I found that my book 3 would over heat, and eventually shut down. Good luck
