Yes has all cords but avoid this product. It is terrible and Microsoft does not provide support. My Dock crashes my Surface Pro repeatedly without any pattern. Never happens when not connected.

The good thing is the cord to the surface counts as a power cord, usb connector, and video connectors, so you plug one cord in and all the other stuff can simply be plugged into the dock.
