No. Microsoft is pulling Cortana from IOS and Android. They are no longer using Cortana as a digital assistant in the way Siri, Bixby, and Google assistant work. They have been slowly removing Cortana from all devices and moving to a scenario where Cortana is being integrated into their Microsoft 365 product as some type of intelligent support in the background. So the Cortana we knew from the Windows Phone days is gone unfortunately.
