Physical SIM or E-SIM? null

A follow up question instead of an answer. I bought an unlocked Surface Duo (first gen.) last week from Best Buy. One of the main reasons is that I will use the eSIM function for an upcoming international travel. I did quite some homework (including finding the answer from Microsoft Team here) and believe an unlocked Surface Duo has eSIM capacity. However when I went to phone status, there was no indication of eSIM at all. Where on Duo can I tell/confirm that it indeed has eSIM capacity? Thanks.

Can eSim and Real SIM be used simultanously? Work and private number?!

According to Windows Central dot com: Nano SIM + eSIM on unlocked version, but only Nano SIM on AT&T model.
