We highly recommend utilizing a Windows based operating system for optimal use. Surface Go comes equipped with Windows in S mode, but you may switch out of S mode into Home Edition, or Pro depending on your preference. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know much about MRP but can't this be done in the cloud these days (i.e. just a web interface)? If it's a base level OS that would work on a Win10 PC/laptop, then the short answer is "probably". The Surface Go is just like any other PC so you should be able to run Linux and other OSes on it. That said though, if I was looking at this, I would probably bump up to the Surface Pro line for more CPU/Memory/Storage for such a task...but that is me not knowing anything about MRP. In the end, the Surface Go line is for folks that want a good tablet that also doubles as a full fledged Win10 PC (a lower spec one but decent). If you need better specs but still want a hybrid "smaller" unit, the Surface Pro line is great.
