Yes. You can get the surface go with windows professional but you have to buy it separate than the surface go.

Rumors suggest that the new "Surface event" from Microsoft in a few weeks will introduce a "Surface Go 2" lineup with improved processors. In truth, mine does absolutely everything I need it to do. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It comes with Windows 10 S pre-installed. There's an option provided by Microsoft to upgrade to Windows 10 Home, free of charge. You can then upgrade to Windows 10 Pro yourself. This is what I did.
