- Answer Based on the system requirements of ArcGIS Pro, the Surface Pro will successfully be able to meet the requirements to run this program. It does note that more RAM and faster processor may be better for optimal performance, but it looks like this model of the Surface Pro still surpasses minimum system requirements.
