All the current ones ship with the 4300u processor, the lot number on the box is the date it was produced. Mine was lot # 1401 and it had the newer 4300u processor.

You may have a leftover of old stock or something but I would return it personally. I didn't notice a performance bump from the 4200 but I'm picky like that. ;) Either way, great machine! Enjoy!
