A:AnswerUnfortunately demand has completely outstripped supply on the higher end models - there's no way for us to order them for customers, and the few models stores did receive for sale sold out on the first day. Last I checked even Microsoft stores can't get them right now - just be patient, more are on the way for the holiday season!
