• The difference is that it includes the keyboard as a packaged deal where the other the keyboard is extra.

• This is a bundle including both Surface Pro 6, and the Surface Pro Type Cover. For the model you are referring to with the price of $1,199.00, the specs are the same, however it is not a bundle, and does not come with a keyboard included.
