• While not a Cingular customer, I am a Verizon customer and have used my iPhone's personal hotspot feature to connect to the Internet when not at home or work.

• If your phone offers hot spot service, you should be able to utilize your data from that. However, we do offer devices with LTE so you don't need to use WiFi when it's not available.
