Just went through this experience myself with my Surface Go 3. Depends on where you got it and if you got a protection plan, If for example it was here (Best Buy) and with a plan than you should be able to drop it at any store but they're going to send out to a service center, where it will either get fixed, or as in my case, likely give a store credit. Otherwise you will have to send it to Microsoft directly but will be expensive, somewhere around $300 in my case, or if you find a local place that does such repairs it's likely going to be about the same. you may possibly just be SOL.
