A:AnswerInternet Explorer will work on the computer with Windows 10 but if it has Windows 11 then you will be out of luck as Microsoft is trying to push people to use Edge and has disabled the older Internet Explorer. This was an issue for me as well since my work required I use IE for Silverlight and I found a Chrome extension that allowed me to continue to work in Silverlight from a browser other then IE, so it would be worth it to ask your IT department if there are any work arounds.
A:AnswerPOSSIBLY YES! I currently own the MSPro7 with i7 10th Gen specs and 16gb memory with the Intel Iris that gives 8gb Vram (Shared GPU Memory) and I can say that the game will run with these specs BUT only on LOW-END settings and 720p or 1080p to get somewhat playable framerates (smooth with no stuttering). I personally think its actually JUST playable and very impressive!!! Don't expect anything fancy but you CAN get it going ;) Have fun!
