• I have HP Tunderbolt 3 docking station and it works fine. No problem connecting to a monitor as well.

• Yes - however, this model only supports 1 external monitor. Otherwise no other issues should be found. Tested using TB4 Dock from Razer and Kensington.

• Yes this can be used with a docking station. Microsoft sells a licensed docking station that works with this unit as well.
