• Yes. We have ours in the docking station with both a wireless keyboard and mouse (Simply added additional devices within "Bluetooth and Other Devices" in Windows 10)

• Yes. You can have multiple keyboards and mouses attached at the same time. It will accept input from anything that is connected.

• Yes and if you want to turn off your track pad automatically you can do that in settings. In device settings you can easily have the computer turn off the track pad when the mouse is connected. You may have to do it when the mouse is attached.
