Yes! The one I purchased was USB and it worked fine. The only way that it won't work is if your PC/Laptop is so old that you can't set your boot device to USB in BIOS Setup. Another way to install if by some remote chance that the USB is faulty, is to download Windows 10 by using the Media Creation Tool online and burn onto a DVD, if you have a DVD drive on the computer your installing on. Use the keycode that came with the Windows 10 Software you purchased to install.
