Microsoft officially stopped doing this a couple of years ago as you know, but unofficially they're still supporting it. This article (dated June 2019) will show you how to do it. I would ensure that you have all Win7 security fixes and updates installed before you do this to ensure you don't have any (or few) hiccups.
