“Does Windows 10 Pro come with Microsoft Office/ Word/ Eccel and etc.already installed? I guess what I'm getting at is- If I buy a computer with Windows 10 professional already installed, will I still need to buy Word and Office?”

Windows 10 Pro does not come with Office. If you have it on your old computer or Office Family subscription u can load, and Office Family can be on up to 5 family computers.
