You can install either 32 or 64 with this

In your case; if you are doing a new build with the same processor as your old system; then it will install 64bit version as you stated previous it was Windows 7 x64. Most likely if you have new processor either from Intel or AMD then it would likely be x64 or 64bit. Hope this help.
