• Yes the flash drive is a standard USB thumb drive. Set you computer BIOS to boot from USB, insert the drive and start your system to install the OS from the flash drive.

• Windows 10 Pro comes on a flash drive. I found it on a shelf behind the Geek squad service counter. I recommend running the Windows 10 upgrade analyzer before installing Windows 10. Some older hardware may not have drivers under Win10.
