Firstly this listing is for an upgrade from Window 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro. Your device must have Windows 10 Home already installed for this to work. You will then be directed to download the ISO. You can either run the installation from the download or create your own installation USB.

Yes I have win10 Home Premium on the effected PC. The clean installation was broken while attempting to update from 1803 to 1903. Since it was digital upgrade from win7 I do not have win10 install discs. So I would like to use this to "repair" the installation by upgrading it win10 Pro. Thanks
