“Can this upgrade replace Windows XP”

• It cant upgrade it. you need a full install to go from XP to 8. only 7 is upgradable to 8

• Absolutely not. We should have the options of XP or Windows 7. Windows is a great product verses windows 8.1 pro. I have had very poor success with Windows 8.1 Pro. Not happy what so ever.
