• Is it an upgrade or Full Version? I have Full Version (upgraded from Win7). It says I would have to uninstall from one computer before installing on another computer. So, I don't think it can be installed on two computers at the same time for the same license (Full Version). I don't know if that also applies to an upgrade version.

• The disc itself can be used on multiple devices, but NOT the license key. You need a separate license key for EACH device that will be upgraded. In a situation like that , I would recommend that you purchase the Pro Pack version to upgrade up to 3 computers at a time.

• I asked the same question and was told that I can purchase additional licenses for each additional computer. Even though I received both the 32 and 64 bit software, I could only choose one of them.

• No. If your computers are in a network, you have to purchase one unit for each computer
